Dear Rachael,
I’m just writing to say thank you for all the care you have given to my cats over the last few years. I have never worried when they have been left with you.
As one of my cats, Max, is a highly dependant diabetic, who needs insulin injections twice a day and close monitoring, it isn’t easy for me to go away and leave him behind. As a vet nurse I am very particular about the care my cats get and Max can be difficult to manage at times due to his various health problems. My partner, a local vet in town and I don’t go away often for this reason however it is reassuring to know that you give him the best care possible when we do.
I have no problems recommending you and Deloraine to people who ask me to recommend a cattery to them. I know that you give them the best possible care and attention and that they are in safe and capable hands when staying with you.

Hi - my name is Sammy, my "mum" thinks it's wonderful to be able to leave me at Deloraine. She keeps referring to it as the holiday resort. I just love it there as Rachael & David keep me well fed and cared for. I do take great delight in ignoring "mum" when she comes to pick me up!

Hi - my name is Honeybee, I can be very demanding at times and enjoy some fancy treats, so when mum & dad need a break I go stay with Rachael & David at Deloraine cattery. I stay in the large communal room, we have our own pad at nights. It is really neat with lots of things do and great big windows to see what is going on. I know if I play my cards right I get to have time out with my minders! Hope to see you soon at Deloraine - Honeybee.

Our cat Zac has stayed with Rachael at the Deloraine cattery on many occassions & I have always been very pleased with the excellent care he receives. In fact I think he comes home looking better than when we left. The premises are always very clean and Rachael is very approachable. As we travel quite it was important to us to find a good cattery for our cat. We asked at our local vet if they would recommend a suitable place. They recommended a couple of places, Deloraine been one of them, which was owned by Jane Hay at the time. We made an appointment to visit Deloraine. The facilities, and Janes obvious concern for the welfare of visitors put our minds at ease. Over the next five years we continued to leave our cat at Deloraine on a regular basis.
Imagine our concern, when returning from a trip, Jane informed us that she had sold the cattery. Immediately we were concerned and wondered if the new owners would be as concerned for the welfare of the visitors and be as accommodating as Jane was to our needs.
We need not have worried. Rachael and David have continued the high standards and provide great friendly service. We have recommended Deloraine to our friends who have cats and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to any other cat owner. - Rex & Jenny Clark.

Rachael and David at Deloraine are wonderful people with a genuine love of cats. We have been sending our two cats, Bonnie & Clyde, to Deloraine for nearly a year now.
