Rates
Semi communal lounges.
• $10 per day
Individual / Family suites.
- $14 per day for one cat.
- $20 per day for two cats.
- $27 per day for three cats.
Reduced rates may apply for long term stays and special payment arrangements can be made.
Don't pay Auckland cattery rates, when the Deloraine is about half the price and less than 2 hours drive from Auckland. Our cat boarding facility is worth the trip north, you won't be disappointed!
For long term stays 50% deposit on arrival and balance on check out, or regular payments can be set up.
A charge of $5 - $10 applies for pick-up and delivery of cats in the Whangarei area depending on your location.
If you would like to leave your car with us, it is free and we can arrange transfers to the airport most days.
A $50 deposit is required to secure your Christmas booking, and is NON-REFUNDABLE after the 1st November.
Due to the demand for accommodation during the holiday periods, we reserve the right to charge you for the full period booked, should you collect your cat prior to the arranged date.
Boarding fees are charged on a daily rate and include day of arrival and day of departure.
Payment can be made by - 
cash or cheque.
All fees include GST.
Hours
We are open for drop off's or pick up's within the following hours:
8.30am - 11.00am & 3.30pm - 5.30pm
(Excludes Christmas and New Years Day - we are closed these two days)
Outside these hours is by special arrangement only.
Inspection appointments are also welcome.
Terms and conditions
- These terms and conditions are in place to protect
your cat and our business.
• ALL cats must be vaccinated against cat flu and feline enteritis, and a current veterinary certificate must be produced on arrival.
• ALL cats must have been treated for fleas and worms at least 2 weeks before coming to the Deloraine. We reserve the right to check and treat your cat for fleas and worms should the need arise. The owner shall be responsible for all cost incurred.
• We reserve the right to refer your cat for veterinary attention should this, in our opinion be necessary. The owner shall be responsible for all costs incurred. - We reserve the right to charge you for the full term booked should you decide to collect your cat prior to the arranged date.
• Full care and attention is given to every cat in our care, but we do not accept any liability for illness, disease, accident or death of any cat.
• Your authority must be given to release your cat to another party. - Full payment is expected to be made when collecting your cat. CASH, CHEQUE or EFTPOS. (sorry no credit cards)
